Potatoes – 3 cut into medium cubes Tamato – 2 fresh puree Spanish – 1/2 Kg – boiled and grind Grind it coarsely. Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp A Pinch of Hing Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp Dry chili – 1 Bay leaf – 2 Ginger paste – 1 tsp Coriander powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – 1 tsp Garam masala – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp gram flour (besan) – 1 Tbsp Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp This i have taken Kashmiri red chili powder Oil – 2 Tbsp So let’s start making Aloo Palak recipe. Take a pan. Add oil 2 Tbsp and heat the oil. Add bay leaf. Add cumin seeds. Mix well. Add asafoetida powder. Add dry red chili. Mix well. Add Turmeric powder 1 tsp Add Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp Add cut potatoes. Fry potatoes for 2 mins Add Salt 1 tsp. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well. Cook for 5 mins with closed lid, so that potatoes get soft. Potatoes are soft now. When potatoes are cooked add gram flour – 1 Tbsp and cook for 1 min and mix well. Add Tamato puree. Add Ginger paste. Add red chili powder – 1/2 tsp Add Coriander powder 1 tsp Add Garam masala 1 tsp Mix well. Add spanich (palak) Mix well and add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 10 mins.
