Intense Bodyweight HIIT Workout πŸ’ͺ High Intensity Interval Training for Butt and Core AT HOME!

Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel. Today I’m sharing with you guys a bodyweight
HIIT workout routine that I did the other day in this beautiful spot here in Montana. This bodyweight HIIT routine has a lower body
and core focus, and it’s only 15 minutes long, which is perfect if you just need to squeeze
a quick workout in. Without further ado, let’s just get started. This routine is going to be comprised of two
rounds of ten different exercises. After one round, there’s gonna be a break
in the middle. And each exercise will be 30 seconds on, 15
seconds off. And I’ve also provided lower-impact modifications
in the upper left hand part of your screen. The first exercise is gonna be a squat with
a lateral leg lift. And coming up, we have a burpee with a back
leg lift. Coming up we have a lunge with 5 pulses in
the middle. Coming up we have a shoulder square plank,
which is where you essentially start a plank on your hands, then go down to your right
elbow, then your left elbow, and then stand back up on your hands again. Repeat this process, and then do it the opposite
direction. Coming up are lateral side jumps. For this move, try to keep yourself as low
to the ground as possible, and move as quickly as possible. Coming up is a plank with alternating side
steps. Try to keep yourself as low to the ground
as possible, and as straight as possible, unlike I did here. Coming up we have a pop squat. Coming up we have mountain climbers. Coming up we have a 3-pulse squat plus a front
kick. And coming up we’re finishing this first round
with a plank. Take a quick rest, grab a drink of water,
and let’s do it all over again. So, that about finishes up this bodyweight
