or purchasing at North Carolina A&T State University We had routing that was routed through paper. Everything was on paper.
I would take us about 12 to fifteen days to actually process a requisition.Very, very manual process. I like the quality. it’s the quality of the service
that we receive from SciQuest. When we call or when we have an issue you
can always count on our client partner to be there. If he doesn’t know the
answer he makes sure he finds the answer for us, he gets back with us. So I would have to say not only a quality
product but also the people that have working for you that’s able to provide service back
to the customer.
