CJ Support Centre is available 24 hours a day via the link in the upper right-hand corner of your CJ Account Manager. Here you can browse FAQ archives by featured category, most popular or by searching directly by
term or keyword. If you don’t find what you’re looking for within the Support Center topics, the “Ask a Question” tab allows you to submit an inquiry directly to one of our dedicated support specialists. To submit an inquiry, makesure you accurately categorize your message and provide a clear subject line. This helps us ensure we resolve your question and provide a status update within no more than 72 business hours. If you are referencing a data file, feel free to attach it or any other document that helps illustrate your question. On the support history tab, you are able to check the status of your inquiry, review previous communications, or reopen an inquiry. We are also available by phone.
